year in review!!

it's been quite an amazing year this year!! i set forth when i started this blog to find & live the life that i love & daily i have been blessed to have the opportunity to do that. the Lord has blessed me beyond words & to have the ability to live this life He has given me to the fullest is indescribable!!

this year brought many things... niece #1's 3rd birthday was spent in disney world with lots of family, many fun times at beech mountain, a week at the beach with family & took a few beach trips with friends, celebrated my 25th birthday & gave a lovely gift to myself... LUCY!!, the oliver, then the sad departure of oliver :( , an amazing bonnaroo festival with friends, catherine & micah got married, my dad turned 60 & we pulled of one heck of a surprise party, made new friends, reconnected with old friends, & said goodbye to some really great friends as they moved states away.

i became a first time homeowner, lived by myself for the first time in my life, spent quite a few weekends in nyc with e, spent lots of time at the gym making working out a habit that i absolutly love now, got back into yoga 3 mornings a week, started dancing again, taught myself how to sew, taught myself how to make jewelry, & opened my own etsy shop.

i was challenged in my faith, stepped out to really & truly seek God & get to know who Him better, was challenged in my job, learned how to love my job, & most importantly, i'm beginning to realize the woman that God created me to be. what makes me tick, what my weaknesses are, what makes me happy, & ultimately who God created me to be.

this year has been an amazing one & i can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for next year!!
thank you all for stopping by to take a short peak into my life.
i hope everyone has an amazing new year & i'll challenge you again, like i did last year...

here are a few of my favorite photos from the year
